One distinct difference between the previous and the present ediion of IPL is the absence of one of the greatest showman the game has produced “BILLY BOWDEN”
This effervescent and immensely entertaining umpire is tailor made for his format of the game but has given this IPL season a miss and i am surely missing his eccentrities on field and i am left to watch the same old signals by boring expressionless umpires

What is it with headstrong aussie coaches and a over hyped team ,these coaches always end up breaking the team completely
First it was chappel with India and then now its Buchanan with KnightRiders, Buchanan just had an excellent team at his disposal that was the reason for his success but now with KKR his nose has been broken He has been shown His position in World cricket .
unable to comprehend the losses he just keeps on makin excuses and tries to blame everyone but himself for the losses

Here is one guy who really does need it ,after being smacked for 3 sixes in a single over took the wicket of Haydos and then gave him a mouthful of choicest insults. What is this guy uncivilized or something. Anyone please send him to a school first. True sportsmen keep their emotions under check and convert their temper into some positive action but this guy seems to be worsening day by day. No wonder every batsman tries to target this guys bowling only and most of them succeed in scoring runs of him. India please don’t over rate this Mr.look at me
WHAT ARE SIXES AND WICKETS NEVER HEARD OF THEM
I have heard players being a brand ambassador, umpires being brand ambassadors but this second edition of ipl has surely made the sixes the batsman hit and the wicket the bowlers take brand ambassadors ,it has been a long time a six was called a six it has been re-christened DLF MAXIMUM and a wicket CITI MOMENT OF SUCCESS.
My sincere plea to Mr.Lalit Modi would be please do commercialize the game of cricket but please don’t do it at the cost of the game’s respect.

Here a single person deserves a special mention ,he is Mr.Ranjit Fernando this guy from Sril lanka should go to primary school first and then start commentating although his commentary has made the game funny but the game has lost all is respect

Harsha bhogle :- “yusuf pathan has surely turned the game on its head and anything can happen”
Mr Fernando “yes harsha, he has not only turned it on its head but hand, face and feet also”(yes guys it gets even worse from now on)
Ravi shastri:-“murali has been introduced into the attack and this wily off spinner can turn the game with his quota of 4 overs”
Mr Fernando:-“Murali is very wily while operating ,his 4 overs are dangerous”(can anyone please tell him that is what Ravi shastri just told)
Well there are many more but I feel this is enough to get a true blue cricket fan’s blood boiling.
THE IPL DOG
The ipl dog deserves a special mention in this blog it single handedly gave a huge kickstart to ipl by appearing on the field protected by commandos and it gave the people chasing it a run for the money.
Three cheers to this 4 legged creature which dint fail to entertain the crowd unlike the players and presentation team which have hugely disappointed us.

IPL 2 A FRACAS YET ENJOYABLE….
This year’s ipl although has not turned out to be as exciting as last years in fact it has made the game only more and more monotonous wih its mediocre commentary team. Commentary is the heart of the game but this very heart has been broken by the group of so called experts comprising of gaurav kapoor, samir kochchar ,mandira bedi and meiyang chang. These group of novices have only gone by the script, guys we need some spontaneity. They have not only insulted the game but the profession of commentary itself by following a script .
please guys start being spontaneous
a group of players like HAYDOS, WARNE, GILLY ,WARNER and a very entertaining HARSHA BHOGLE are the only saving face and have made this ipl enjoyable
